SHIPPING POLICY

We use a 3PL for all our shipping. Shipping methods are standard, and typically take anywhere between 2 to 5 days after order confirmation.

Currently, we only ship within Singapore and do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges or refunds currently. If you received a defective product, please kindly email contact@jolt.sg with the subject heading: "Product Issue" and describe the issue, with visual aids as far as possible. We will follow up and take the necessary actions to ensure your full satisfaction with our product.
